      Pros

      Very responsive company and good experience working with Aditi. They do seem to care about their employees and their needs. Would recommend them to others

      Cons

      Only con was at the very start of assignment - almost did not receive laptop in time however this was corrected quickly.

      Great benefits, annual compensation above average. high energy fast paced and challenging programs great work environment including work space and equipment.

      Cons

      The ratio of work to staff for each project is not balanced. Excessive work hours are needed and management has no sympathy as they are in the same situation. Bonuses are only at the Director level and above
