      great people below ecec level cool technology

      Cons

      Sr execs only care about bonus, and are unethical to get them. Only interested in moving jobs overseas. They tout technology, and don't care that all they get is faint copies now - - absolutely no innovation.

      Flexible work timings Pays above market standards, not sure after acquisition of Symphony Teleca, its more a service based organization Now being a Samsung company, it should be up to the mark in Automotive as well

      Favoritism plays well and even though you dont have enough skills you could be promoted and be at the top of the game Appraisals are purely and solely not merit based
