      Pros

      Richardson, TX location has a great atmosphere and good people working there for now.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs just occurred, and there seems to be no direction provided from the management team. Seems as if the Sales Management team doesn't communicate with the Engineering Management team resulting in continuing lack of clear direction.

      Pros

      Ok place for freshouts to learn some engineering concepts. Audio is a fun topic to delve into. DSP is the only "cutting edge" part of the company.

      Cons

      Even better place to learn what NOT to do. Desparately needs an upgrade in engineering management and technical competency. Feels like the wheels are ways about to fall off.

      Employee Grade-link Benefits. Salary compensations at par with market. Free lunch coupons. Health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Bad/pathetic Work culture. Limited Projects/GOC accounts. Worst attitude of HR, GOC Managers Frequent Layoffs without any reason and especially when you are a senior and move to bench then you can count your days. For people who are above 8 yr experience, don't even consider this.
