      1. Less pay. 2. Worst Management 3. So called facilities of cab service if you extend till late night( they will never provide cab service) 4. Management is least bothered about employees. They treat employees like slaves.

      Pros

      Harman Connected Services used to be good and offered good career opportunities for professional development in the past.

      Cons

      Grades and titles have been assigned arbitrarily to HCS employees. HR did not consider that HCS frontline roles require more consultative skills and direct interaction with customers compared to other roles in product divisions. The risk-reward ratio is just not fair for the HCS employees. It's almost career suicide now for no fault of employees.

      Poor onboarding and poor resource allocation

      Pros

      Good pay for easy work. Nice buildings and an eclectic group of people.

      Cons

      Onboarding almost non-existent. People are not managed well and efforts are not allocated to the right projects, but that's improving. No system in place for employees to appreciate the products they work to create. Software engineers lack modern design processes. Bad communication between devs and test exists which leads to a plethora of discrepancies. Policies are archaic and outdated and inhibit productivity. There is a failure to retain talent, which is something management really needs to improve on.
