Work life balance is good with flexibility Good name of company

Cons

They exploit engineers by assigning them to non technical job roles, even when there are projects that require engineering expertise, and those engineers are never considered for such roles. Seniors are big players with fixed role and they don’t want anyone else in project Managers only communicate with favourite once's. No words for HR team .
