Pros

1) A few departments in the company has some growth and learning like Advanced Networking team where I worked there . 2) you will get chance to develop your OWN POC and showcase it to the so many customers like BMW and FCAR1 and DAIMLER and MINI etc... 3) may get onsite opportunity for Germany/US/other European countries for few weeks or Maximum 2 months.

Cons

1) organizational politics are quite high that ruins the reputation of the company from last few years . 2) merger of Samsung is indirectly effected the state and each BU spending in proving their worthy and in turn it is effecting the work life balance of employees. 3) Especially Connected Car division is doing very bad which in turn effecting the revenue and growth of the company . 4) So many micro managers for managing the fewer employees . 5) Even I have conveyed my issues/concerns , management has not taken any actions. 6) Old managers and employees now become friends and bosses without having much contributions. 7) steal work from immediate junior without having any balance and shyness.

Pros

Can work many technologies.

Cons

1.No work life balance. 2.Highly pressurized work environment. 3.Will get calls in midnight sleeping times also from Managers and pressurized about tasks. 4.If we have to complete tasks every day 10 to 14 hours need to spend. 5.Sudden requirements changes without time line changes. 6.On site team and client is behave like anything to employees. 7.No fun at work place and work. 8.They do not care about employees, even almost every employee is putting papers with in one year. Because their client Microsoft is important to them.They will conduct every month recruitment to take enough employees. Before one year those employees will leave, this is the process in Harman at Manyatha techpark.

Pros

Multiple long-term projects + interestig daily jobs few times a week. Unlike a lot of internships, I was never bored or out of work. I had support from everyone on my team (around 5 full-timers from Senior Engineers to Principle Engineers to Directors). Harman has a robust internship program with a dedicated team that organizes frequent events (i.e. Baseball Game) + there are many opportunities to join corporate sport teams (i.e. soccer, volleyball).

Cons

There is an intern-wide Business Case Competition throughout the internship. I like the concept, but the experience would have been better if I made my own team rather than being assigned to one.
