      Pros

      Frankly i joined this Organization thinking it has a brand nane attached but later I realized that it still hold Symphony teleca policies which are just pathetic. I do not see any Pros to write

      Cons

      Worst policies, HR is extremely rude, no proper harassment cell in the organization. Even aftee getting multiple awards here they do not have manners to talk yo their hard working emoloyees.

      Cons

      I worked here for 5 years on full time and had put enough hard work during each release but the day I resigned company treated me like a servant. irony is that no manger and even hr never asked me for an exit interview and this is for a person who had 2+ rating consistently throughout 5 years then think about employee whose rating are average or poor. This is a company with low professionalism so I would highly recommend not to join this company.
