Pros
Some Projects are good. People are approachable for speaking but nothing much is done regarding your concerns. Time and tide change so does the attitude of higher management. Salary can be negotiated when you put down papers but not always. At one time you are needed , and then you are disposable.
Cons
Quality Hiring is not there, people are having back door entry's because of reference. Un-deserving candidates are getting more salary than deserving candidates. Not much employee fun activity or team building ... We work because of the month end salary not because we are passionate about it. Expectations vary, not a pleasant work environment if you need support from people who think they are the only soul to knowledge about the project.
