- Not many opportunities in existing projects and lack of the new projects - Practically no new job offers - just filling gaps after leavers - The most talented people usually leave the company after a year or two, mainly because of projects and earnings - Poor rates for loyal employees - Work is not rewarded individually, but as a team—you will not be rewarded for hard work, if you are rewarded at all - The company's branch in Poland prospered between 2018 and 2022, but is now in serious decline - No general bonuses whatsoever – annual bonuses or bonuses for excellent work - Most of the projects managed by other countries, such as Germany or India - Currently, no company/team integration events/meetings
