Salary on time. Company looks good. Few projects are goods. Learning depends on employees. As you will get enough time to learn, even if project are not good but you can do self study there. If you prove yourself good resource, you will be valued even by manager and HR and everyone. Work pressure depends on requirements. Fun and games and functions are done a lot. You can get enough leaves accepted usually but it depends actually on different teams managers. If employees performs well and treats your boss or manager in a good way, then this company is good and chances of hikes and promotion is more.

Cons

Learning curve is less. Manager can treat you bad and you can be fired if you don't worth yourself enough. Fresher's are usually not treated well some of the times by seniors. Hikes and promotions are less. Notice period is 3 months and very few managers gives early exit than it. Some of the times you have to work on weekends, and on weekdays , early and late nights especially before deployment of projects. If client doesn't require you, there is no/less bench concept and if there is less chances of getting other projects , you will not be treated well.
