management is not good at all

- Seem to be restructuring every few years (layoffs) - Leadership and lower level management either do not communicate well or obfuscate true state of business - Interdepartmental communication is lacking - Poor planning (or communications of plans) - Not a lot of "A player" talent; recent restructuring caused a real brain drain in what top tier talent the company did have - Network is very slow and outages are not uncommon - Engineering/Development computers are average at best - No way to access email or company servers away from the office unless you use Citrix, which is extremely slow itself or due to the above mentioned network performance. VPN access used to be available, but was removed - Mobile native app mail access requires company spyware to be installed on your personal device - Outsourced software development groups appear to have very little budget or are unwilling to use budget on engineering tools, software, and server infrastructure to aid development
