- the company doesn't strictly control the employees - volume of work is moderate - payment is fairly good, Increases are "equitable" as in everybody gets between 5% and 9%

Cons

- not really a software development environment/ethics/work is not very well coordinated sometimes - salary increases are "equitable" as in everybody gets between 5% and 9%, but if you are worth more then that, you really have to negociate
