      - well-structured base code - good relationships with HR management and colleagues - environment focused on growth

      Cons

      Often, the low management positions are filled by former software developers with a strong technical background but lack management skills. Sometimes they don't know how to handle the pressure and start to pressure the team instead of coming up with a viable plan agreed upon by the customer.
