Pros

Competitive benefits and salaries. Food service is good.

Cons

In general there is a feeling of not caring about people development. At Connected Car area - Quereteato site, manager takes a lot of vacations and does not pay too much attention on what people is doing. Company has to work on better developer-tester-business stakeholders culture, invest on people’s training and improve software quality processes.

Pros

A growing company with a renaissance feel here. It used to be a half deentn company before. But, the management and VPs are hiring people from everywhere to imprve efficiency and morale. Lot of learning opportunity and growth here. Coming from a very big company, I see that this is were I want to be.. Extremely flexible hours, international travel (frequently), suportive managers, not much micromanaging. they are letting us figure things out without too much interference

Cons

Some bad managers but that is it.
