Did not lay off much during the dark times of 2006-2011

Cons

The culture is not healthy. Think of it like a sweat shop with Doctors, that will be the best way to describe what you feel everyday no matter what level of employee you are. I seen managers leave for the same reason.

Pros

Time off policies, coworkers are enjoyable people. Good place to get your foot in the door of the medical field but not the kind of place you want to stay more than 2-3 years.

Cons

Ineffective, unethical management. Corporate cost cutting is really just cutting corners. High employee turnover rate. Managers constantly bend and break their own policies for their whiny employees and blame their best workers when things go wrong or pile more and more responsibility on their best workers. Culture of rewarding those who suck up to management but ignoring people who work hard. Compensation isn't competitive.
