Cons

Coding Director and Assistant Director are insensitive and unwilling to work with employees. Everything has to be done according to the policy down to the letter. No exceptions to the rule unless you're one of their pets... Do not work for them as a coder, you will regret it. Since I've been with the company, within the last year, 5 managers have quit. The corporate office should consider changing the business class internet service requirement. Everyone cannot obtain business class internet as they are not considered a business client, and have to pay higher rates for the service. No other company who gives the option of remote coding request business class internet. This is a ridiculous policy.
