Pros

Flexibility, autonomy, and work/life balance (on my team)…leaders really do care. We are treated like the responsible adults we are. Pay and benefits are fair. We have the tools we need to get our job done.

Cons

Unfortunately, it’s “healthcare”…and if you don’t buy in to the covid theatrics of this past year (given the true data and Freudian slips by the cdc), you no longer feel like you “belong” as you are only heard if you buy in to the mass media narrative of fear. Also, we were massively productive as remote workers - but for some reason, Sam decided we are all better off if we are back in the office fighting daily traffic…and of course, suffocating ourselves if we aren’t ok with getting the highly experimental jab.

Pros

If I had to give a pro, it would be understanding what forced labor camps are like.

Cons

There really are too many to list. The cio, division level directors, some managers. The grunts are great people. Salary employees have no life outside of money hungry division demands. Spread too thin for continued daily growth and "all that money!" the cio and directors boast about. I guess it is great for their bonuses, while crushing employees. You know, the grunts. Whats worse is there can be no candid conversations, as they make it ABUNDANTLY clear, take it or leave it. If you dislike it, leave. If you complain though, they make life hell until you either quit or find some reason to get rid of you.
