      HCA is the best career move you could ever make!

      Pros

      There would not be enough room to right down the pros about working for HCA. Whether you are a housekeeper, FNS, Admin, Manager, Director.....you can't go wrong. There are so many opportunities to grow and educational assistance. This is the one job where there's a 99.99% chance that there won't be a single complaint. No....this is not some paid or forced review....HaHa! I am currently trying to get hired back by HCA. I was a real dummy for leaving thinking that I would find better opportunities elsewhere....big mistake!

      Leaving. Mistake trying to think that a job opp that was offered to me elsewhere would be better. Never should have left HCA!

      Pros

      Enjoy working for the overall organization of HCA. The brand and mission is top notch, but most of my interaction if with the local and Division level.

      Cons

      Salary is NOT competitive. Annual increases are 2% and are not performance based so an employee who is failing gets the exact same increase as an employee who is excelling. PTO is HORRIBLE. They make you use the limited PTO obtained for all major holidays, therefore, you really do not get much PTO to use throughout the year.
