Pros

HCA is a conservative company, built to withstand bad economies. The people you work with are top notch, including most senior leadership.

Cons

The company is taking on a massive transition from local IT resources, sending those resources over to Hyderabad, India. The culture in IT, under the new CIO, is going downhill quickly. In addition to the mass layoffs, there is a huge drop in morale that can be felt across the entire organization.
