None. Horrible leadership and working conditions.

Cons

Leadership ignores incompetence by OR RNs. Records are incomplete and patient documentation is done many times by employees not qualified to do such. Additionally, documentation mistakes are made routinely and leadership ignores it. Leadership behaves as if patient care is secondary over profit. Especially the CFO. Wrong site surgeries, doctors performing surgeries they are not qualified or credentialed to do, and expired insurance plants are just a few things I have seen for myself.

it seems they are constantly hiring/recruiting. their career webiste constantly lists jobs for nurses, they make it sound there is an urgent need for specialized, experienced nurses

Cons

absolutely unresponsive HR, I don't even know if there are human beings running HR, or read applications, or handle recruitment. Something is very broken with their hiring process
