I had coworkers with good ethics.

Cons

Low pay rate for experience. Unreasonable patient volume expectations. Excessive criticism from management. Worst EMR system I’ve ever worked with. Despite excellent patient satisfaction scores, management was concerned only with volume.

Pay is good. Supportive nursing assisstances.

Cons

Unsafe nurse to patient ratio. Lack of triage on the foors, not based on acuity of the patients. Pcu patients can be assigned to a medsurg floor to become one of the 6-7 patients, and spend a night there before assigned to the right unit.

Pay was decent, work-life balance was mediocre, no call, no holidays.

Cons

high turnover, managers who don't know how or don't want to lead efficiently, policies are never followed until they're used for write-ups, hired for mon-fri no weekends no call, and suddenly a doctor wants to work on Saturdays so you're forced to work or fear being terminated.
