Cons

Poor management when it come resolving serious issue. Allowing special privileges to certain employees on how they can treat certain employees,by harssasment and bullying just because they are sleeping with a provider and being protected by them.

This company will micromanage every part of your job and life. They will make you change how you practice and interact with patient and also will place toxic standard that are impossible to meet. This company will never pay you a bonus and will hound you to work harder without incentive. Stay away from this company at all costs.
