      Pros

      Great coworkers, everyone is willing to help if they have time.

      Cons

      The nurse patient ration in the ER is wild , 1 nurse to 6 patients is impossible. HCA sets a door to antibiotic time of 30 minutes. How are you supposed to get a patient back, get them on the monitor, chart a rapid assessment/ vital signs, get an IV and bloodwork, then get antibiotics in that time frame while you have 3 to 5 other patients, let alone if multiple patients come in at the same time. The expectations are unrealistic and I will go several shifts without eating or drinking just trying to keep up. I will leave off with this: meditech belongs in caveman times.

      Pros

      I like how the company keeps the employees up to date with the development and things that are going on within the hospital. It makes you connected.

      Cons

      The raises they give their employees are pennies compared to other healthcare industries. This company does not provide any raises for the cost of living and doesn't help any employee who wants to do better.

      I tried hard to find something to even like about the place the last couple of years

      Cons

      As per usual. Those people that wear shoes, that click down the hall, that you know, they aren't working 13hrs on their feet doing the most for more patients and lower wages than other hospitals. Those people should be doing more to advocate for the people who make the hospital run. Patients are suffering
