HCLTech's IT Service Desk has become a toxic environment due to chronic understaffing and poor management. Unrealistic expectations are harming service quality, and agents face constant pressure with drastic shift changes and excessive overtime. Management often guilt-trips staff to cover for these issues, leading to burnout. Until there's a focus on adequate staffing and support, I cannot recommend working here.
