No Pros , only you might get a good compensation as there is huge attrition here due to unprofessional management but dont expect good annual raise.

Cons

Very Unprofessional and biased Management never ever join Google cloud Business unit. If you have any suggestion for management to improve work culture , offer better work life balance then you will be cornered and punished. Management is run by immature and kiddish people. Very Toxic work culture. They will higher you by making false promises and then will never offer you higher role if you are not adhering to their unprofessional practices. They make their employees work round the clock and do not appreciate people. According to them whole IT world works 16+ hours everyday and so all employees are expected to work stretched hours everyday. No work ethics here , very incapable teams. No clarity on work or role. Everything here is running in air.. bound to colapse as management do not want to address real issues on ground.
