Here are a few, 1. No annual appraisal (starts with Rs.112 to 6000 a year). 2. Managers are typically Managers, they don't give a damn about your personal life. 3. HR are so pathetic, at times I felt as if the HR was being bribed by the manager as there is almost no action on any complaints on managerial level. They are getting paid to listen and smile. 4. No career growth, you cannot even think of an option to learn something new, they want to squeeze maximum out of you with only the limited skillset, and by the time you think of getting out of hcl, you'll come to know there is so much you need to learn to keep up the pace. 5. Getting out is not easy, they'll play all kinds of tantrums and promise you the post of US President to retain you, if they feel so. Else you'll not be given time to wrap your belongings if they don't need you.
