Heaven for beginners and hell when you grow to mid management.

Good work life balance, good pay if you negotiate at the beginning, great opportunities to grow technically (paid certifications, labs, forums etc..)

Cons

No connect between higher and mid management to executions. very disruptive leadership, one way directions in short span of time. leadership all over the place with top heavy engagement model.
