No pros. Low salaries. Awful Management in Bulgaria...

Cons

Reaalllyyyy really bad Management... especially some young Team leaders in Varna offices are really awfulllll... They treat you like animals, no respect at all for the employees. Some young people who don't have enough experience to be team leaders, don't even know English at a high level, have become managers there... guess how?
