Pros

I worked for a pharmaceutical company and dealt with mostly email tickets. Not too many calls per day. Very easy work. Management is great. Team work is good!

Cons

Low pay Some coworkers don’t work (lazy) Can get busy and miss lunches and breaks

Pros

Don't plan on getting promoted or ask for a raise because they currently have a hiring, promotional and wage increase freeze in effect until further notice.

Cons

Workload increases frequently, teams getting smaller by the day and yey they won't give any of us raises or promotions.
