Pros

The besr reason is the office is close to my house and I have a decent start salary for my job position.

Cons

No chance to grow, management is in the hands of group of friends, they cultivate culture to not help each other because it can make the "buddies" group useless. Denounces of moral and sexual harassment are not heard by HR.

Pros

Get pay check on time. Salary stated out good then no raises . No support don’t care only want the money

Cons

Never enough support. Working in US with Hcl has been difficult Need better managers, need to care about what they, seems to only be about money on both sides and the employees in us work like at a sweatshop, terrible. They court you when you are first hired because they don’t know anything. How they get the contracts bewilders me. They can’t keep them though Beware
