it was a good experience workin in hcl. nice team and supportive team mates.

Cons

incentives scale is comparatively high and individual score is affected by team score. Incentive wasn't approved once coz the score was not updated by the team leader. Taking leave is a major issue.

Big brand to start career with. High quality professional training by some of the best trainers in the industry.

Cons

Low salary. Poor working hour management. Growth is extremely slow. Reaching the managers was easy but getting the work done used to take months. Enforced some back dated policy. Reluctant towards paying overtime. Had to stop working once to get the overtime payment.
