My co-workers were great, local management great but they have no real power or decision making.

Cons

All decision making comes from overseas by people that do not have a clue about what we do. You will never meet 90% of the people that hand down decisions that are force fed to your local management. They are very quick to come down on you for petty things but extremely slow to process any kind of raise, bonus payout etc.
