Spend 6 years here,Good company with lots of projects,growing rapidly all over world with lot of innovation, Since it is a big ship, your learning , growth and benefits depends on your manager and project you are in .. Onsite opportunity are there, again depends on project .Job security , I guess it would be last company to do lay-off

Cons

Salary hike and promotion is very less. That was the reason why I left , in 6 years there was hardly any increase in my salary package and no growth even after being continuously top rated . Perks , benefits and allowances depends on project, but take my words these would be minimal compare to other companies.. with such a big size , you sometime feel that you are lost in an ocean.. Also , sometime it looks,Transparency is not there in management..
