      Pros

      In HCL there are lots of initiatives to improve employees entrepreneur skills. HCL provides better role based training's. Senior Management is highly supportive towards the employees.

      Nothing much, except some time need to compromise work life balance.

      Out of the box transformational ideas and models have been experimented at all levels, most of them if not into the headlines at least made it in the clients appreciation emails. And while helping clients keep their customers happy most of us our passionately striving to add value because of the positive environment, true enablers, leaders and evolving culture which gets better with the new lot of ideapreneurs...Anyone looking for more than just a job, this is one of the place to be

      Cons

      - Though simple some of the concepts for e.g. "Employee First" could be easily misunderstood by some. - Compensation structure may be surprising at times, as it could vary across different horizontals and verticals. - More of enablers and leaders as opposed to managers but once in a while may come across traditional managers
