Flexiable timein-out, Work from home facility, Good working envirnoment. Provides health check benefit for you and your dependant. Not much work presesure. Onsite opportunity are available but prevails favourism in terms of region.

Cons

less hike. If you promotion then no hike you get. Changing project will be tough.
