good lateral and vertical growth opportunities, good medical benefits, good resources are always rewarded, senior management approachable
Cons
compensation benefits are not best in the industry, higher education policies, techical certification when not in India is practically impossible, all internal traings are held in India time zones most of the times, bureaucracy exists in many divisions, quality of consultants are poor with very poor communication skills most likey due to "cheap labour" hiring policies
