Salary is always on time, never delayed. Exposure to both modern and legacy technologies. Some projects offer good learning in new tech. Generally supportive managers (at least half of the time). Stable work environment in terms of job security.
Cons
Very low salary growth compared to industry standards (3+ years of experience but still underpaid). Limited career progression opportunities. Many projects are based on outdated legacy tech. Compensation hikes are minimal despite years of experience.

Currently stuck in project where the manager is very toxic and unprofessional. Talks like he owns people and just making peoples life difficult. You can't avail your own paid leaves because he refuses most of the times. Will call you during office hours. And this is the kind of experience I am having only 3 months since joining HCL. The work environment is not good in this organisation.
