During the joining time, I was expecting a joining kit which I did not receive — this was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything else has been good.

Management is supportive, and there’s a good balance between work and personal life.

Cons

Some internal processes can be time-consuming, and at times, decision-making may feel a bit slow. Also, there’s room for improvement in inter-departmental communication and collaboration.

Appraisals are delayed by at least 2 months in each cycle. Best increment is around 2%, even for strong performers. Long-term employees face compounded financial loss due to appraisal delays. Career growth and recognition are slow compared to industry peers HR support is poor — often no response on Teams or email. Escalations take time, and employee concerns are rarely prioritized.
