Pros

Initial days (HSBC Kolkata ) were really good with good work environment & culture. Truly World class. Learnt a lot about Management from experienced Seniors.

Cons

Gradually the work culture deteriorated and made way to a lot of dirty politics, unethical hiring & firing. Good People started quitting out of disgust. Thus HSBC Kolkata is no longer the best place to work. Especially in the last Dept that I worked with was the most horrendous in terms of Management, Work Culture, Work life balance, and in living upto the Brand name.

The Very Best Reason is HSBC the Brand Itself, Secondly it would be the salary , & third it would b the Company Infrastructure awesome

Cons

HSBC Now lacks in the working environment & less of Job security which is the major thing which an individual would b looking forward in his career
