Pros

Long annual leaves, 13th month bonus (for below AVP levels), mid-year bonus, additonal monthly allowances for staff doing rotational shifts

Cons

Too much politics, too much emphasis on having "global" standards even if it's not pragmatic, management will sometimes "dictate" what you should write on feedback forms just to look good, high stress level due to too many internal and external customers to please

Good working environment . Good work experience. Good people to work with. Excellent training. A good benefit package. Close to home.

Cons

Low wage and no bonuses. Need to increase salary to more than national minimum wages. Long hours and unpaid hours.
