Great company to learn the basics of banking. Good management. Results Driven. Good training program. Room for growth.

Cons

This company is a bit on the disorganized side. When one within the branch needs assistance with something from the help desk, the call is outsourced and the people you get on the line can be rude.

Day goes by quick. No need to carry any work home. Once the day is done, it's done. The culture is also very good to work with.

Cons

Depending on the location, it can be very stressful due to clientele or manager. Also not much upward mobility. You have better luck in another company
