Pros

The Customer Service Department was a fun place to be in. The people and team were great. The work was easy, and you can fall into a smooth flow.

Cons

The job gets repetitive, is kind of the same every day. For the employees motivated by challenges and dynamic situations, there aren't a lot of forces to get inspiration from.

Pros

Benefits are very good, staff are very helpful and positive; always opportunities to move up and grow within the company.

Cons

Not enough resources to get the job done in time, vacations get scheduled the same year instead of being done in time for people to not have to cancel their trips because of interference that someone else's dates
