Pros

Excellent organisational structure and support. Managers are "touchable" and approachable. Colleagues are very supportive and helpful. Excellent training. Work Life Balance is important to them today

Cons

Rewards could be better but probably on par with similar institutions.

Pros

Nice team who supported in the Swansea office. Nice Sheffield office.

Cons

Parking expensive. Office building was cold as barely anyone actually used it since covid. In terms of the job, it look a long time to get support as it was all remote and not people in the same office as you. You have to learn on the job with customers which is quite a lot of pressure as you get ranked on your calls,
