Pros

The culture is not competitive and its good for those who are not ambitious. The career path is pretty transparent and defined. Training is alright and well recognised by other banks tho not as structured as one would expect

Cons

The rotations in the program dont make much sense as they are not strongly correlated to the position that you will be deployed. Also, during the program it is expected of you to organise a lit of people events.

Pros

A caring company with ample benefits and decent pay. Opportunities are good as the bank is huge, so there are many different departments.

Cons

Hours could be long and since it's a bank, there is some degree of pressure. Some policies are pretty rigid also (internal) and external constraints (e.g. regulations) are heightened.
