Hsbc krakow used to have great atmosphere between employees, flexible working hours, good benefits and super parties

Cons

Last few years everything in this company have become a little bit less. Parties are smaller, payment is not satisfactory, bonuses are smaller and it looks like they are doing everything to squeeze as much as they can in order to do some cost savings. This has a huge impact in the psychology of many current employees, who are feeling not appreciated and overloaded. Procedures are extremely complex and difficult to learn for a new joiner.
