Pros

Global Network, well known brand

Cons

Extremely political and just unnecessarily complicated, it's like working for the government, full of paper-pushers and nine-five-ppl without any ambitions to actually accomplish business or to adapt to the changing banking environment, making only slow to non progress, the bank has a huge principal-agent problem, this is sadly true for all management levels.

Pros

People, benefits, working hours, work life balance

Cons

Highly bureaucratic, very slow, lack of decision makers, too many useless GCB3, extremely reliant on London for decisions, budget, approvals, etc
