Pros

Good benefits, ability to WFH, nice office, good location, Great social and charity committee who always get the office and their families involved. Christmas party at the Balmoral every year is a nice occassion to get dressed up.

Cons

Too many friendships between senior managers see people get promoted who don't deserve it. Poor team managers who offer no support or advice to progress. If you are GCB 6,7 or 8 expect to be treated like you truly are at the bottom of the pile. Poor communication about internal changes - all kept very hush hush and not passed down through management... (starting to see a theme here!)

Pros

* Good benefits (PTO, health insurance)

Cons

*understaffed department *Micro-management *repetitive job - you will do the same thing over and over and over *no Time dedicated to Career development *Keep track of everything you do with a program called Icats that track when you go on break, how long you were gone for, the amount of phone calls you take, the amount of applications you complete and etc. *No raises only account for inflation, everyone gets the same raise *assigned times to take your 15 minute breaks *Will lie and say its not a call center job but it is *extremely high turnover *Low morale *horrible managers that only care about numbers not the well being and happiness of their employees
