Pros

Good employer benefits, strong pension scheme. Working in Premier makes your time feel worthy - treated like an adult. Company makes your job feel secure and safe.

Cons

Can feel a bit like school in retail banking, pretend they don’t have targets when they do. Branch staff demotivated as they can feel overworked and underpaid. Focus on ‘customer stories’ however only when it’s what the big bosses want to hear - ie product based or the new trend.

Pros

Work culture is alright. Diversity is great.

Cons

Opaque, Bureaucratic, Hypocrytical, Mis-managed due to lack of expertise and quality in top and middle management and due to its extra-ordinarily large size and number of employees, single-faceted and needs to improve Compliance and quality efforts in various operational and regulatory aspects.
