Pros

Wfh since pandemic started. Nice office.

Cons

Integrity is lacking in managers and support staff. To pass their team, they cherry pick calls. Putting a premium on customer service quality is not a priority. Expect to wear a variety of hats at the same time. Don't be satisfied with a raise in your income. They'll make sure your workload exceeds your pay. Managers aren't all the same way when it comes to being competitive. Because of politics, they have their positions.
