The brand name looks good on the CV. Good work life balance. Work environment in most offices is warm and welcoming.

Pros

The bank is pretty slow and you can get away without working too hard.

Cons

Most people feel like they have given up against the bureaucracy and the excessive layers of people you have to go through to get things done. This fosters a culture of underperformance.
